Submitting documents to foreign institutions, whether it is for university admission, employment or obtaining a residence permit, requires impeccable accuracy.
The slightest mistake in translation can lead to rejection and delaying processes for months. That is why ordering a translation correctly is a critically important stage.
The success of your case directly depends on how clearly you provide information and how professionally the work will be performed. This detailed translation instruction will help you easily and without errors go through all stages of cooperation with our translation agency MakroGlobal.
Before sending files, thorough preparation is necessary. The quality of the source material directly affects the accuracy and speed of work. Make sure that all names and surnames correspond to the spelling in the foreign passport or other official document that will be submitted with the translation. This will help avoid discrepancies in the future.
File requirements:
When the documents are ready, you can proceed to the application. To order document translation, you need to fill out this form (link) and attach files or send an email to our official email address: macroglobal@ukr.net, so that we can process your application as quickly as possible, indicate all the necessary information in the letter.
What to indicate in the letter:
After receiving your letter, our manager conducts a detailed analysis. The cost of document translation and the terms of translation are calculated individually for each order. We do not use template solutions, since each document is unique.
Factors affecting the cost:
Technical, medical or legal terminology requires the involvement of narrowly specialized specialists.
Rare languages have a higher tariff.
The price is calculated based on the number of characters in the text.
A surcharge is applied for urgent orders.
For example, for consultation with a native speaker or an expert in a certain field.
According to our offer agreement, work on the translation begins after making an advance payment of 50% of the estimated cost. The manager will send you an invoice with all the details for placing an online translation order. It is important to understand that the fact of payment is an acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of the public offer, which guarantees legal clarity and security for both parties. After the funds are credited to our account, the translators immediately begin to perform the task. Full payment for the services is made within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment the parties sign the act of services provided on the basis of the invoice.
After the translation is completed, we send it to you for verification and approval. At this stage, we recommend that you carefully review the text — especially the spelling of names, surnames, dates, names of institutions and other important details. If you need to make corrections — just let us know, and we will promptly make them.
After your confirmation, the translation is submitted for certification: notarized or with the seal of the translation agency — in accordance with the previous agreement.
We send the finished document in scanned electronic form to e-mail or messenger. If necessary, we organize the delivery of the original by a service convenient for you or offer to pick up the document at our office.
After completing all stages, we provide an Act of Work Performed. If you have no comments, the act is signed, and the translation is considered officially submitted.
The terms depend on the volume, complexity and language pair. The standard completion time will be indicated in the response to your request.
Yes, we guarantee complete confidentiality of data. According to the contract, both parties undertake not to disclose information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.
Do you have any more questions? Request a call and our manager will promptly contact you.
